Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 1216 hours per week
Location: In-office preferred; open to remote
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
Position Type: Part-time
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist customers with basic service requests
- Take messages and follow up with team members as needed
- Help with light administrative and office tasks
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable on the phone
- Basic computer skills
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Licensing is not required for this role
- Part-time schedule (1216 hours per week)
- In-office role preferred, with potential remote flexibility
- Supportive, team-oriented environment
