Contracts Specialist

Description One of TEKsystems's clients, a large, growing organization headquartered in Birmingham, AL is looking for a Contracts/Procurement specialist to join their team. Our client's business model for growth is through acquisitions; therefore, they need to add another contracts/procurement analyst to their team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing all of the technology contracts that the acquired company has currently. The candidate will review each contract and gain an understanding of the scope and parties to be involved. This person will further analyze contract terms and conditions, analyze the risk associated with these contracts and understand the termination clauses and penalties, etc. Then, the contracts specialist will communicate with the appropriate IT department manager (in which the technology would fall into) and understand the go-forward approach. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
