What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate at LE MACARON, you’ll be the face of our charming French pastry and gelato shop. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Welcoming customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. - Assisting guests in selecting from our exquisite French pastries and creamy gelato offerings. - Handling transactions efficiently and accurately. - Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the shop to reflect our upscale brand. - Learning the ins and outs of our operations to prepare for a future Key Holder role.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who: - Has at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail or food service experience is a plus!). - Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Is dependable, responsible, and eager to grow into a leadership role. - Brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
