We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. As an Operations Manager in our State Farm agency, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, leading and developing team members, and working closely with the agent to drive office performance. Your experience with State Farm systems and processes will be essential in maintaining a seamless and productive environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and workflow to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members, promoting professional development
Oversee office policies, procedures, and compliance with State Farm standards - Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
- Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prior insurance experience (required).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Property/Casualty insurance license (required).
