Sign-On Bonus:

• $500 at 90 days
• $750 at 6 months
• $750 at 12 months

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC skills and EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Proficiency in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC
• On-call availability and reliable transportation
• Pool experience and CPO certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building and grounds maintenance
• Complete service requests and unit turnarounds
• Supervise and schedule maintenance team and vendors
• Maintain safety standards (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
• Deliver top-notch service to residents
