We are currently seeking experienced and skilled asphalt workers to join our team for upcoming projects. We are looking for the following positions. Lute Workers, Paving Operator, Roller Operator.
- Job Title: Lute Workers
Responsibilities:
- Leveling and smoothing freshly poured asphalt
- Ensuring proper compaction of asphalt
- Operating hand tools and equipment for asphalt finishing
- Job Title: Roller Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operating heavy roller equipment to compact newly laid asphalt
- Ensuring proper coverage and compaction of asphalt
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Job Title: Paver Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operating paving equipment to lay and smooth asphalt for roadways and other surfaces
- Ability to follow project specifications and blueprints
- Experience with various paving techniques and materials
