Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular audits of stock and assist in loss prevention efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in math for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience in training development to enhance team capabilities.
- Ability to sell products effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
