Primary Care Physician
Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI Saint Joseph is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Danville, KY. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice family medicine in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The Providers in this clinic care for patients with a full range of health and wellness services:
Annual wellness exams and sports physicals
Care for all acute illnesses and minor injuries
Care for chronic illnesses like asthma, diabetes and hypertension
Diagnostic services, including lab work, vision and hearing testing, blood pressure monitoring and more
Preventive care, including personalized consultations and health screenings
Well-child exams, including immunizations for newborns to adolescents
Seasonal support for allergies and the flu
Mental health resources and support
Opportunity Details:
Excellent base salary guaranteed for up to 3 years
Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan assistance and relocation assistance
