Service Advisor

C. A. Russell Ford of Springville is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our service department team. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our customers and technicians—providing a positive service experience from drop-off to pick-up. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Prior automotive service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a professional and timely manner * Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues * Prepare repair orders and coordinate work with service technicians * Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process * Review service recommendations and estimates with transparency and integrity * Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction * Maintain accurate records in the dealership’s service management system * Help manage the flow of service drive traffic and appointments Requirements: * Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role preferred * Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment * Proficiency with dealership software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.) a plus * Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Ability to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive pay structure with incentive opportunities * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and sick leave * 401(k) * Ongoing training and advancement opportunities * Supportive, team-focused work environment About C.
