About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Compunnel Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 35401!
Provide direct nursing care to patients with medical, surgical, and cardiac conditions in a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit.
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and promptly report abnormalities.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments , develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
