Perfect Pro Wash is seeking a highly motivated Lead Exterior Cleaning Technician, who's experienced at leading a team, to join our growing team. As a Lead Technician, you will play a key role in supervising job sites, ensuring the highest quality of service, and mentoring team members. This position requires both technical and strong leadership skills to drive performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. And you can't be afraid of getting completely dirty, from head to toe.
