Technical Lead (Java)

**About the role** As a **Technical Lead** , you will make an impact by driving technical excellence and innovation across complex projects. You will be a valued member of our Technology and Engineering team, collaborating with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project execution. _*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*_ **In this role, you will:** + Serve as the primary Cognizant Delivery point of contact for the assigned portfolio. + Participate in release planning and provide technical inputs to ensure smooth delivery. + Oversee end-to-end services for the application cluster or portfolio under management. + Coordinate daily with onsite and offshore teams to maintain alignment and progress. + Develop proof of concepts, set up development environments, and break down modules considering technical aspects. + Review and guide code development, ensuring quality and adherence to standards. + Contribute to framework development and implement core or critical modules. + Support service management processes with relevant delivery data. **Work Model** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. The annual salary for this position is between $60,000.00 - 93,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
