- Lead an installation crew for generator installations.
- Perform electrical work related to generator installations.
- Train and mentor crew members on installation processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during installations.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Electrical experience, possibly with a license.
- Familiarity with generator installations is a plus but can be taught.
- Leadership or training experience or the ability to learn.
- Ability to travel, work long hours when needed.
- Valid driver's license.
