Daily Duties

• Conduct scheduled and routine repairs on worksite machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures to maintain optimal operations.
• Meticulously record service metrics and adjustments.
• Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and heighten service standards.
• Keep the workspace well-maintained and clean.
• Handle lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
• Accustomed to working in environments with potential risks from metalworking machines, noise, dust, oil, and mist.
• Adhere to all prescribed safety measures and guidelines.
• Offer first-rate customer support and services.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory—a coveted degree or certification in industrial technology is favorable.
• Possess at least two years of strong experience as an industrial technician or an analogous role; earlier candidates with repair center participation or NOC involvement hold an advantage.
• Extensive understanding of mechanical and electronic systems.
• Competence with mics, calipers, and related gauging tools.
• Ability to interpret manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Remarkable analytic and detail-oriented prowess.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to on-call requirements.
