Reliability, good attendance, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude are essential.

Starting at $15–$17 per hour based on experience, with potential for more depending on qualifications and performance. Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time positions, with day, evening, and weekend availability. Experience is helpful but not required for dependable, hospitality-focused candidates.

What You’ll Do:
As a Host, you’re the first impression of Village Tavern—both in person and on the phone. Your role is all about creating a warm, inviting experience for our guests. You’ll:

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they feel at home.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Friendly, warm, and welcoming.
• Team-oriented and passionate about food and service.
• Great communicators with excellent customer service skills.
• Experienced in restaurants (preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!).
