Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Knowledge of engineering principles and design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Experience with mechanical design (automotive tooling preferred).
- Knowledge of process improvement principles (e.g., Kaizen).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
