As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative , youll play a critical role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients, meeting sales goals, and helping families secure their futures. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven individuals with a passion for sales, networking, and making a difference. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year , including a base salary, commission and bonus opportunities. Our team offers hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and a supportive, positive work environment that sets you up for long-term success.

Responsibilities- Meet property and casualty goals by prospecting for new clients.
- Help clients understand their life insurance needs and options.
- Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources (COI).
- Assist with client retention efforts to ensure long-term relationships.
- Cross-sell various lines of insurance to meet clients needs.
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly quote and sales targets.
- Actively participate in all agency meetings and training sessions.
- Highly motivated with a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong networking and people skills with a large natural market.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection with a winning attitude.
- Strong social media presence and negotiation skills.
- Solid industry knowledge and a desire to grow professionally.
