As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative , youll play a critical role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients, meeting sales goals, and helping families secure their futures. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven individuals with a passion for sales, networking, and making a difference. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year , including a base salary, commission and bonus opportunities. • Meet property and casualty goals by prospecting for new clients.
• Help clients understand their life insurance needs and options.
• Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources (COI).
• Assist with client retention efforts to ensure long-term relationships.
• Cross-sell various lines of insurance to meet clients needs.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly quote and sales targets.
• Actively participate in all agency meetings and training sessions.
