Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Journeyman to join our team for commercial projects
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and building codes
• System Installation- Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ductwork, and control systems in commercial buildings
• Maintenance- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively
• Repairs - Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including mechanical and electrical components
• Blueprint Interpretation- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and requirements for HVAC systems
• Compliance- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and regulations, as well as company standards
• Collaboration- Work alongside other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Documentation - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Journeyman, with a focus on commercial projects
• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience using Hand tools, Power tools required Need to have all necessary tools
• Position may require a drug screen Background check required
