- Proven analytical and leadership capability with the ability to influence operational partners.
- Strong communication skills and a process‑driven mindset.
- Experience with SAP/ERP, forecasting, and close cycles.
- Ability to thrive in both office and plant‑floor environments.
- Commit to an in-office schedule Monday-Friday with some travel throughout the year, less than 10 days per year.
