You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, respond to security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records, and/or incident documentation in accordance with site guidelines and Allied Universal standards.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
