The Data Scientist creates a shared understanding of business performance to drive data-driven decisions and accountability across business channels. **Main Responsibilities:** Enables Proactive Insights: Surfaces forward-looking analytics using advanced data modeling and engineering techniques. - Establishes COE Strategy: Develops MSS Data Science COE strategies, best practices, and scalable frameworks. - Optimizes Tools & Processes: Streamlines DS workflows, prioritizes initiatives, and enables cross-LOB alignment and scaling. - Leverages Technical Expertise: Utilizes PySpark/SQL, Fabric Engineering, and Lakehouse architecture for data model development. - Strengthens the Data Ecosystem: Troubleshoots to ensure performance, reliability, and accessibility. - PySpark/SQL - Fabric Engineer & Lakehouse Design - Data model development - Data ecosystem troubleshooting & Solutioning **Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-114,400 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
