Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: RN Licensure Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience is required. Neuro experience is preferred. Description: The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in an intensive care setting. You will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the medical team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize advanced equipment, including ventilators, arterial lines, and central venous lines. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system. Work in a fast-paced environment to manage critical patient care needs. Weekend shifts are required every other week. Float to other areas as needed on occasion. Dress in mandatory navy scrubs while performing duties.
