Construction Field Superintendent
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- (8) eight years or more related experience in the mechanical contracting industry with project experience exceeding $8M on a single project
- Knowledge of drafting systems
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other applications as needed
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage projects and lead team members
- Ability to creatively develop and design solutions
- Good customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage people and on-going change
- Good attention to detail with emphasis on quality
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor
