The Burns Mitchell Agency is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to join one of the top performing teams in Alabama! You will be responsible for generating results by advising prospects on their property and casualty insurance.
We are looking for self-driven individuals who are A players and find joy in helping others! At least 1 year of prior insurance customer service experience is required. Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results driven. Your main goal will always be to put the client's best interest first in order to properly protect them. Responsibilities- Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Make customer policy recommendations during review calls.
- Generate cross sell opportunities.
- Process payments and explain billing details.
- Build strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

At least 1 year of prior insurance customer service experience is required.
