Worship Pastor
- Plan and lead worship services and gatherings- coordinate with the senior pastor to plan worship services that are biblically centered and that reinforce the senior pastor’s sermon; utilize a variety of worship elements that draw attenders into an atmosphere of genuine worship; rehearse with the worship team to prepare for the service. Additional services may include funerals, weddings, and other special events.
- Worship ministry team- recruit and train musicians and vocalists to participate in leading worship as part of the worship team; request and disseminate compensation; lead rehearsals for the worship team
- Maintain and upgrade audio-visual equipment- coordinate with Director of Technology to recommend needed upgrades to meet worship room audio-visual needs
- Manage creation, production, and distribution of original worship recordings
