Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This role offers an on-site facilitator position supporting school psychologists within the public school system from March through May 2026. The opportunity is based in Daphne, AL, within the Mobile County Public Schools district. This contract role provides 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Key responsibilities include assisting with disciplines related to paraprofessional tasks, speech aide support, or school teaching duties. The specific caseload and age groups served will be determined, but the role is designed to support educational staff in facilitating a positive learning environment.
Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:
- Local residency with U.S. citizenship
- Over 18 years of age
- Availability for a pre-screen interview and internal interview with the hiring team
- Two professional references ready for submission
- Background or bachelor's degree in psychology is highly preferred, enhancing support effectiveness in this facilitator role
