ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist clients with order processing, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
