Tooling Prep (223 shift)

Bocar US is seeking Tooling Preps to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL.

The Tooling Prep will act as a support in maintenance, repair, modification, and adjustments to tools (molds and trim dies). Using the appropriate equipment and tools for the task, while adhering to quality and safety guidelines.

Duties and responsibilities

• Transport molds and trim dies to where they are required using the forklift and overhead crane.
• Perform washing and draining of molds and trim dies in the assigned area using the defined tools
• Remove excess dirt from molds and trim dies using the spatula and apply a rinse after scraping
• Remove any stuck aluminum in the mold cavity using the wire brush
• Disassemble, clean, identify, and locate the pipes and components of the molds and trim dies.
• Provide support in the assembly of pipes, molds, and trim die components.
• Provide support in maintenance, repair, modification, assembly, and adjustments to the molds and trim dies.
