Essential Functions:
- Support procurement and supply chain business operations through the effective use of enterprise procurement applications and ERP systems.
- Analyze procurement workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
- Partner with procurement, supply chain, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to support application enhancements and operational initiatives.
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Provide functional support for procurement applications, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Support change management initiatives, user training, and adoption of new business processes and technologies.
- Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and recommend best practices.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic procurement and digital transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, purchasing, or procurement systems.
- Strong functional knowledge of procurement and supply chain business processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise procurement applications and ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP, Coupa, and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting process improvement, business transformation, or enterprise system implementation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
