What You'll Do as a Lawn Care Technician

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers safely and effectively

• Operate and maintain spray equipment and power tools

• Inspect lawns for pests, weeds, and disease

• Recommend additional treatments and communicate with clients

• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation

• Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly

• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality lawn care

What We're Looking For in a Lawn Care Technician

• Experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscape maintenance (preferred)

• Familiarity with farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Ability to work independently and manage service routes

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
