What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles

• Provide exceptional in-person and online customer experiences

• Respond to internet leads, emails, and phone inquiries promptly and professionally

• Conduct test drives to showcase Mercedes-Benz performance, innovation, and safety features

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all Mercedes-Benz models, trims, and technologies

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business

• Contribute to a team-oriented, high-performance sales environment

What We’re Looking For

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)

• Enthusiastic, competitive, and self-motivated personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must pass background and drug screening
