Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing operations to meet occupancy goals
• Conduct tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
• Complete lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins
• Maintain accurate resident records and reports
• Ensure vacant units and models are clean and tour-ready
• Respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly
• Assist with marketing and outreach to promote the community
• Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Strong customer service or sales background. Residential leasing experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with social media platforms
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Weekend availability (Saturdays required)
