Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for school-based SLP practice
• Prior schools-based experience is highly valued
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
• Exceptional communication and organization abilities
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students in a school-based setting
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
• Document progress and maintain thorough student records consistent with district standards
• Provide direct and consultative services, supporting both students and educators
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administration
• Develop and adapt treatment plans to maximize student success
• Engage in professional development as necessary
