Genesis is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Representative to support business growth through a combination of sales execution, account management, and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and supporting marketing efforts that promote safety products and services.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a B2B environment, understands industrial or safety-focused markets, and can balance relationship-building with data-driven sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for new business

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing in coordination with internal teams

• Conduct product presentations and solution-based sales discussions with customers

• Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools

• Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach initiatives

• Assist with brand awareness efforts including trade shows, industry events, and customer visits

• Help maintain marketing materials such as product literature, presentations, and digital content

• Support social media, email campaigns, and website updates as needed

• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or account management

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to understand technical products and translate features into customer value

• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling industrial, construction, or safety-related products or services

• Familiarity with PPE, fall protection, or industrial safety solutions

• Experience with trade shows, customer events, or industry marketing initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
