Mansa Hospitality in Fultondale, AL is looking for one general manager to join our 21 person strong team. We are located on 1701 Main Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage profit and loss figures
Qualifications
MINIMUM OF 3 YRS AS A GENERAL MANAGER FOR IHG, HILTON, MARRIOTT
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
