Job Type: Full-time (Office provided; time heavily spent on-site with potential customers)

Position Summary
Are you a highly motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on winning? We are seeking someone who is independent, self-confident, and possesses a strong sense of urgency. In this role, you will step into a highly successful franchise framework, acting as the public face of our company getting face-to-face with decision-makers, qualifying new opportunities, and executing a defined sales playbook to close high-value commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning contracts. - Execute the System: Utilize Kitchen Guard's proven sales framework to predictably scale your territory and drive revenue
- Drive Territory Growth: Actively hunt, make cold calls, and network to capitalize on our exceptional market momentum. Schedule 10-12 kitchen hood system inspections per week via phone, email, and in-person outreach to restaurants and other commercial kitchens
- Conduct On-Site Inspections: Meet face-to-face with business owners to assess kitchen hood systems (including rooftop fans) and convey the value of fire and life safety compliance, effectively overcoming objections
- Negotiate & Close: Decisively negotiate pricing and agreements to close contracts and move forward quickly
- Maintain Momentum: Remain disciplined in implementing our established, successful processes while serving as the primary point of contact for your territory
Base Salary: $35,000 per year
Commission Model: 10% of annual contract value (uncapped)
Expected Performance: Closing 2-3 deals per week at $4,000-$5,000 per deal results in realistic first-year earnings of $60,000-$85,000. Strong performers can exceed $100,000+.

- B2B Sales Expertise: You are familiar with business-to-business sales and know how to navigate organizational decision-makers. 1-3 years of B2B outside sales, inside sales, or high-volume prospecting experience
- The Ultimate Communicator: You are comfortable speaking to unknown people, facilitating discussions, and convincing others to cooperate with plans. Strong communication skills phone, email, and in-person interactions with decision-makers
- An Independent Driver: You take risks, take responsibility for your decisions, and confidently manage your own schedule within a structured system. You are organized and self-directed
- Results-Oriented: You care deeply about end-results, are resilient in the face of rejection, and are motivated by hitting uncapped numbers in a high-growth environment
- Technically Capable: Ability to utilize our CRM system to stay organized with contacts and proposals, utilize Microsoft Excel to track sales pipeline, upload inspection photos to Microsoft OneDrive, and utilize iPad to present inspection findings and proposals to customers
- Physically Capable: Comfortable working at heights and conducting rooftop inspections (comfortable on ladders, able to lift 40+ pounds)
- Willing to Learn: Willingness to master the technical side of kitchen hood systems and fire safety compliance (not overly complicated; full training provided)
- Direct Access to Ownership: You work with the owner, receive clear guidance, and get support when needed
- Sales Autonomy: You own your territory and control your approach to building the business
- Transparent Compensation: Your earnings are directly tied to your performance uncapped commission means no ceiling on what you can earn
- Proven Sales System: Access to Kitchen Guard's proprietary, high-growth sales framework that removes guesswork and scales predictably
- Comprehensive Training: Full training in our sales system, fire & life safety compliance, and ongoing support in sales processes and customer relationship management
- Prior experience in restaurant, facility services, or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with fire and life safety compliance or mechanical systems
