Make a real impact supporting elementary school students as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students at a vibrant elementary school community. With set hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, this position offers predictable scheduling and the chance to develop strong connections with students and staff over the course of the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Holds current Speech-Language Pathologist state license
• Possesses Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Eligible for or holds appropriate Educator Certification
• Experience working in a school setting, preferably elementary, is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to approximately 50 elementary students
• Conduct evaluations, maintain documentation, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals as needed throughout the academic year
• Maintain accurate records and comply with federal, state, and district requirements
