Industrial Maintenance Supervisor – Manufacturing Plant
Location: Baldwin County, AL |

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
$50,000-$60,000 DOE + Full Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K, and More)

We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. This role combines leadership and technical expertise to oversee a small maintenance crew, perform repairs, and support continuous plant efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a small maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs

• Work with the Production Manager to schedule maintenance activities around production needs

• Maintain and organize inventory of tools, parts, and supplies

• Oversee installation of new equipment and modifications to existing machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, and control systems

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong hands-on skills in electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics

• Experience with conveyor systems and production equipment

• Ability to read schematics and interpret technical manuals

• Organized, reliable, and skilled in maintenance planning and inventory control

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
