**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
+ Document and report incidents, observations, and any unusual activities according to site-specific protocols.
+ Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and access as needed, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
+ Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
+ Collaborate with site staff and local law enforcement as directed in response to incidents or emergencies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Being at least 21 years of age is required.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
