About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various water mitigation and dehumidification systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide insights on customer needs and enhance service offerings.
- Read and interpret schematics to facilitate effective troubleshooting and repairs.
- Be the go to person between operations and installers.
Requirements:
- Driver's Licenses required.
- Hands-on experience with welding is a plus.
- Excellent analysis skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and processes within the construction environment.
