Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in a variety of massage techniques, attentive to client needs, and passionate about promoting overall wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs
- Assess client conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive experience
- Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress
- Follow all licensing regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Current state license or certification in massage therapy
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and various massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and comfort
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in spa, clinic, or wellness center settings
- Additional certifications (e.g., prenatal massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy)
