Key Responsibilities

Leasing and Sales

• Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment homes, amenities, and community features to prospective residents• Respond to all leasing inquiries including phone, email, and online leads in a timely and professional manner• Guide prospects through the leasing process including application submission, documentation, and screening requirements• Follow up with prospects to convert tours into applications and signed leases• Achieve leasing goals and contribute to maintaining target occupancy levels

Prospect and Lead Management

• Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, applications, and leasing activity in the property management system• Ensure timely follow up with all prospects to maximize conversion opportunities• Monitor leasing pipeline and communicate updates to the Property Manager

Unit Readiness and Property Walk Throughs

• Conduct regular property walk through inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal standards are maintained• Perform move in ready inspections prior to resident move in dates• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or presentation deficiencies• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure vacant units are properly prepared for leasing

Move In Coordination

• Facilitate resident move in process including lease execution, documentation, and key distribution• Verify that units meet company standards prior to move in• Serve as the primary point of contact for new residents during onboarding

Administrative Support

• Maintain organized and accurate lease files and resident documentation• Update unit availability, pricing, and status in the system• Assist in preparing leasing reports and occupancy updates• Coordinate communication between leasing, maintenance, and management teams

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred• Experience in multi family property management is a plus

Skills and Competencies

• Strong sales and closing skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• High level of customer service and professionalism• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems

Key Performance Expectations

• Achieve leasing targets and contribute to occupancy goals• Maintain timely response to all prospect inquiries• Ensure all move in units meet readiness standards• Complete property inspections and unit walkthroughs as scheduled• Maintain accurate and up to date leasing records

Working Conditions

• Primarily on site at the property• Requires walking the property and conducting unit inspections• May require weekend availability based on leasing demand

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and inspect units• Ability to lift light materials related to leasing and property setup
