Creature is an integrated design build firm based in Birmingham, AL. Our focus is on developing a differentiated delivery platform that improves the lives of our employees and customers. We are focused on the delivery of facilities utilizing the Design, Manufacture, Construct (DMC) methodology. DMC replaces the century-old, siloed approach of the Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry. A major component of our platform is our in-house Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades.

Job Description:

Creature is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to execute the work we have on our jobsites across the country. This individual needs to work with a high-level of ownership, be a sharp communicator and problem-solver, and do the hard work needed to produce a high level of work. Having a strong work ethic and high integrity is non-negotiable. This person will be responsible and accountable for delivering successful jobsites.

You must be a thoughtful doer that can critically look at the requirements and execute the work at a high rate. This role is great for someone who is ready to put the work belt on and lead themselves as they work as a player on an incredible team. You must be a team player and willing to step into hard situations.

Role Expectations:

• Receive clear work orders, critically discuss with Plumbing lead and execute at a high level.
• Work independently with clear understanding.
• Be an expert in the field of plumbing construction and specifically in the systems we most frequently utilize
• Become a hands-on expert of Creatures operational model and production system
• Lead from within the team. Be accountable for the work you produce.

You must have at least 5 years of experience as a plumber along with your journeyman certification.
