Service Order Clerk

Responsibilities
- Process incoming service orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify order details and resolve any discrepancies with the clients or internal departments.
- Coordinate with the sales and operational teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and updates in the database.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status and any issues that may arise.
- Assist in generating reports related to service order processing efficiency.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
