Service Order Clerk

Responsibilities

• Process incoming service orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify order details and resolve any discrepancies with the clients or internal departments.
• Coordinate with the sales and operational teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of service orders and updates in the database.
• Communicate with clients regarding order status and any issues that may arise.
• Assist in generating reports related to service order processing efficiency.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
