Job Description

• Lead efforts to drive usage and engagement of CRM and content management tools.
• Anticipate changes in business needs and adjust strategies, training, and support accordingly.
• Deliver impactful training through team meetings, one-on-one sessions, inbox support, and ensure users feel confident.
• Partner with Sales Process and Systems team, Sales Enablement Leads, and Marketing Coordinators to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Maintain clear, timely updates to stakeholders and team members as priorities evolve.
• Support the Sales Process and Systems team with content, newsletters, project management documentation, training materials, and testing deployments from developers.
• Perform other duties as assigned in partnership with business stakeholders.

Skills Required

• Experience with evolving AI, mobile platforms, Customer Relationship Management systems, and content management systems.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills for training others on systems.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions in ambiguous situations while collaborating with the team.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $35.15 to $43.15 per hour . Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
