Key qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state-specific)
• Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and monitoring
• Strong classroom management and de-escalation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Passion for promoting inclusion, advocacy, and individualized support

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans tailored to each student’s needs
