KeyResponsibilities
- Prepareandanalyzemonthly,quarterly,andannualfinancialstatements
- Managegeneralledgeractivities,reconciliations,andjournalentries
- Manageaccountspayableandreceivableprocesses
- Assistwithbudgeting,forecasting,andvarianceanalysis
- SupportexternalauditsandensurecompliancewithGAAP
- Maintainandimproveaccountingsystemsandworkflows
- Collaboratecross- functionallytosupportfinancialdecision -making
- Ensuretimelyandaccuratetaxfilingsandregulatoryreporting
Qualifications
- BachelorsdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orrelatedfield
- Mustbelicensedtobeconsideredforthisrole
- Minimum2yearsofaccountingexperience
- ProficiencyinSageIntacctandQuickBooksOnlineisrequired
- StrongunderstandingofGAAPandfinancialreportingstandards
- Excellentanalytical,organizational,andcommunicationskills
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanagemultiplepriorities
- CPAorprogresstowardcertificationisaplus
