We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. You will supervise our team members and provide guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of Baristas, providing leadership and support to ensure a productive work environment.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed, and all tasks completed.
• Ensure Baristas are following company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to develop team capabilities.
• Ensure that Baristas are engaging with customers and creating a great customer experience and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all supplies and materials are stocked and readily available.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer service or retail setting.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
