We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Nissan of Gadsden. This role will involve leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a sales management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of automotive industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Benefits:
- Competitive Commission of $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
