Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a contract position in Jacksonville, AL. The assignment starts ASAP and runs through May 21, with a strong possibility of extension through the summer program (Extended School Year).

This role involves providing speech-language therapy primarily focused on compensatory services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaboration with another SLP on site will help balance the caseload and ensure students receive timely services. Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time candidates will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Provide compensatory services as outlined in student IEPs
• Coordinate schedules with another SLP to maximize service delivery
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license and CCC certification
• Experience serving school-aged children (K-12)
• Ability to manage a caseload requiring compensatory therapy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work full or part-time hours
